HOW WE FOUND OUR FAITH THROUGH JESUS CHRIST

Hi my name is John Gutierrez  it has been a journey but throw Gods grace I am here. I thank you all who wished me a Happy Birthday thank you. Now I beat you might been thanking were I went to will here it goes. You might have know for the past 25 years for the people who know me that long I was addicted to drugs and alcohol really bad. I missed up a lot of relationship throw out the years with my ex's and friendships all will. When I had my kids I stop doing drugs but I was still drinking throw that relationship with my kids and there mom was good but why I was with them I went back into the drug world after me destroying the relationship we both decided to go are own ways but I was still in the kids life they are my world I love them so much. So after that relationship I still went back to the fast life i became homeless trying to get back on my feet but still doing me. I had stopped doing drugs but u was still drinking that when I meet the love of my life Gina we got to know each other what started as a relationship that we both know where it was going it grow into a relationship I never had before it was like a fairy tale come true she loved me for who I was no matter my back ground she took my kids in just like they were here own and I did the same over the years we grow together I was only drinking at that time. Just like no other relationship it had its up and downs but we were able to forgive each other and hold that love tight. Will me a Gina split up because of my drinking but we were still talking I was always asking to come back in to here life but she was not ready to have me back 2018 was a bad year for all of us we lost a brother and friend who was Gina brother JR we got to know each other will I would always Cook for him when me and Gina made food I miss you bro. Then not knowing 6 month from February we would lose 2 more wonderful people Gina twin sister dad who I didn't get to meet but always heard story's from Gina about then the same day we all lost Gina as will we all feel hard that day again we lost 2 more wonderful people after I seen Gina pass away in front of me and her sister I feel back hard to the street life of Amarillo Texas I went back to Method and Alcohol very bad I lost all hope to live living on the streets of Amarillo in the cold winter last year in a tent I made it throw by the grace of God one of my friends took me in after I got out of jail and I was still doing my thing till one day I took to much method and had a Trip of a life time I was so bad I weight 231 my face I could not remember it it was not me in that mirror at my friends house I was tripping so hard I was see all bad thing like demons and things I was hearing things too the only place I know to come was Faith City Mission a place I been coming the last few year to eat and stay warm and a place to sleep but I hardly stayed cause of my drug use I decided to put myself in there men program that brings us to this point that I am here at Faith City Mission and been clean and sober for 8 months I turned my life over to God I sold out to God the mission has done a lot for me plus many more I am glad to say I am a Chaplin here at the mission I bring Gods word when I speak at the mission I fallow his Gospel to the best of my ability and stay in the word of our God. I just don't do that I help people like the homeless and people who are having trouble I share my testimony with everyone I stay true and strong by my testimony. The old John died this year and a new John Gutierrez has came up from the dead and God gets the victory and my glory till he calls me home.
